VIDEO GAME WEAPON REPLICAS and other licensed properties

Outside of the Kit Rae Fantasy Art brand, Kit has designed numerous knives, weapons, and tools for various companies, mostly in the tactical and sporting catgories, and he supervised the replicas for many licensed film and video game weapons. After constant inquiries about these items we started sort of a scrapbook list. The Brands Kit has designed for include Honshu, M48 Kommando, United Cutlery, Combat Commander, Black Ronin, Tailwind, Rigid Knives, Colt, Harley-Davidson, Stanley, Remington, Gil Hibben, among others, going way back early in his career. It is by no means complete, but most of his designs are listed, to the best of our memories. The list goes back to approximately 1985 when Kit first started in the knife business. WORLD OF WARCRAFT - Epic Weapons / Blizzard

BZ001 Frostmourne Sword – I engineered and supervised the replica for Epic Weapons and Blizzard. I based the design on the 3D models created for the Blizzard Warcraft 3 game, and marketing art. The sword appeared differently in the various pieces of art produced by Blizzard, so I kind of mashed them all together. I think the finished piece came out quite well. There was an auction for the first serial numbered batch. Everyone was bidding for serial #1. It sold for $20,000.

UC2798 Darksider's Chaoes Eater sword - My first venture into a full polyresin sword replica. Based on the Vigil Games 3D game model, and the various depictions of the sword in THQ marketing art.

SONG OF ICE AND FIRE WEAPONS - Valyrian Steel

These are more of a collaboration with Valyrian Steel and George R.R. Martin with Kit Rae Design Studio than my creations. George and Valyrian Steel gave us notes on design elements they wanted and then myself and Adam Hall created several designs for each piece that they chose from to make the final designs.

VS0001 Longclaw Sword – Sword of Jon Snow from George R.R. Martin's book series, "A Song of Ice and Fire." This is more of George's design, and the license holder, Jalic. They picked the the blade and hilt parts they liked from several of my designs and I put them together.
VS0002 Needle Sword - Another sword from the Ice and Fire book series. Designed in a similar manner to the VS1.
VS0003 Ice Sword - the third sword from the Ice and Fire book series. Designed in a similar manner to the VS1.
